Our Commitment to Your Privacy

UXPhoto is designed to help photographers work better with their clients. We handle data only where it is necessary to deliver that experience, and we give you clear control over everything we store and share.

Account and Profile

When you create an account, we store your name and email address to identify you and keep your albums and settings secure. This information is used only for authentication and communication. We never sell or share account details with third parties.

Albums and Photo Data

Photos you upload or select for processing are handled locally on your device wherever possible. When you choose to publish an album to cloud for client sharing, the album content is stored securely so your client can access it through the private link you send them.

We do not access, view, or analyse your photos for any purpose beyond delivering the features you use.

Client Sharing Links

When you generate a sharing link, only the recipient with that link can access the album. Links can be revoked at any time from your account. Clients are not required to create an account to review photos.

Cloud Storage Connections

If you connect cloud storage providers such as Google Drive, we request only the minimum access needed to read and write your selected folders. We store access permissions securely and never store your cloud provider credentials.

Usage Analytics

We collect anonymous usage information such as which features are used and where errors occur. This data contains no personal information and is used only to improve the product.

Your Choices

You can revoke sharing links at any time. You can disconnect cloud storage connections from your account settings. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at privacy@uxphoto.com.

Data Retention

Album data shared for client review is retained only as long as the session or link is active. When an album session is closed or a link is revoked, associated content is removed from active access. You can request permanent deletion at any time.
