Do my photos leave my computer?
No. Grouping, face detection and scoring all run on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded until you choose to publish an album.
Can I overrule the picks?
Always. Suggestions are suggestions — every selection stays editable, and your choice wins.
How long does 3,000 frames take?
Minutes rather than hours on a current machine. You can close the app and pick the job back up later.
Which files does it read?
Import from a local folder or a Google Drive folder. Album progress is saved so you can work across sessions.
How do clients open a gallery?
A private link, protected with a one-time code. You can revoke a link at any point.
Can family help choose?
Yes — the gallery supports several people picking, and their choices land in one list on your side.
Do client picks come back into the app?
Yes. Pull customer changes into your workspace, then lock the selection before print.
Do guests need to install anything?
No. They scan a code and use a mobile web page. Only UXPhoto Live — the photographer's app — is installed.
How does a guest only get their own photos?
One selfie identifies them. They see the frames they appear in, and nobody else's.
What if the venue Wi-Fi is bad?
The app picks the best available path between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and resumes pending uploads after any interruption.
Which cameras work?
Cameras with built-in FTP from Canon, Nikon and Sony. The full list, with a setup guide for each, is on the Camera setup page.
What does the trial include?
Every feature, 5 GB of cloud storage and one QR event. No card required.
How is a QR event charged?
Included events are used first. Beyond those, you buy extra event units as you need them.
Is the licence a subscription?
A licence is tied to your device and activated with a one-time code. Storage and events are the usage-based parts.
