Using UXPhoto

By using uxphoto.com or any UXPhoto product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Licence

UXPhoto grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software and services. This licence does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product to others.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use UXPhoto only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to store, share, or process content that infringes copyright, violates privacy, or breaks applicable law. You are responsible for all content you upload and share through your account.

Album Sharing Responsibility

When you share an album link with a client or guest, you are responsible for ensuring that sharing is appropriate and that you have the right to share those images. UXPhoto provides the tools; the responsibility for content remains with the photographer.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@uxphoto.com. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

Intellectual Property

All UXPhoto software, design, and brand assets are the property of uxphoto.com. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you create. By using cloud features, you grant UXPhoto a limited, temporary licence to store and serve that content on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

UXPhoto is provided in good faith but without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, business, or revenue arising from your use of the product beyond what is required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
